Cash Application Coordinator

This position supports the Treasury Department by preparing and applying cash receipts to invoices accurately and timely for our customers.
· Works in all TMS systems to apply customer payments timely and accurately using accounting tools and imports across all business units
· Works in the Bank websites extracting payment data and posting ACH, wire transfers and other deposits to the appropriate customer accounts and invoices
· Reconcile AR cash payments to the accounting system 
· Work outstanding AR unapplied
· Auditing credit files for SOX compliance
· Entering cash into Great Plains (GP) for Covenant and Solutions
· Responsible for customer refunds
· Assist the Collectors with cash questions/issues in GP
· Responsible for moving unapplied cash to over payment status
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
· Proficiency with accounting software
· Detail-oriented 
· Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment 
· Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business with an emphasis in Accounting, or 2+ years of experience in accounting or similar area
· Preferred: Previous Customer Service Experience

Pay Range: $32,640.10-$45,838.52
Pay Grade: 3
