Case Manager

This nationwide non-profit provides short-term assistance with household expenses when an applicant is out of work for an illness or injury. Duties:  The Case Manager will be responsible for the intake and processing of applications for assistance.  This involves gathering information on medical records, last dates of work, employment verifications, income/expenses, and providing resources to the applicants.  Medical record information is reviewed, keyed into our specialized database, and discussed with our Medical Director.  Medical terminology experience is required.

Job Type: Full Time 32-35 hours, M-Th, with optional hours up to 40/week. Salary: $18.00 - $20.00/hour.
