Seeking a Lead Carpenter for a direct hire opportunity with one of our clients in Madison, WI.
This position offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, and 401k!
Salary starts at $27 - $33 hourly. 
In this role, you will report directly to the Construction Superintendent and work collaboratively with various trades to complete your work to the highest industry quality standards. You will be responsible for reading and comprehending building plans, participating in following the construction schedule/project timeline, and maintaining a positive work atmosphere while keeping our client's objectives and customer-centered philosophy in mind.
Responsibilities: Listen and think critically, take direction and feedback from Superintendent, and communicate effectively. Read and comprehend building plans. Participate and contribute to following the construction schedule/project timeline. Assist the Superintendent in creating a safe and productive job site. Track your work progress and regularly compare it to the construction timeline. Lead by example; team building, communication, listening, and creative problem-solving. Take pride in your project and your site; clean up, hold yourself and others accountable, and be proactive. Qualifications: Perform physical labor as directed by Superintendent Work outdoors in all weather conditions Experienced in Carpentry, Framing, and/or other skilled trade.
