We have so many locations and clients to choose from, enough clients that will work with your schedule!Do you like standing in line at the bank to deposit your check? Neither do we! We do direct deposit each Friday (or everyday after a shift if that suits your fancy!) We know some agencies have annoying kinks with payroll. WE DO NOT. You have access to every single one of your paychecks, and a breakdown of all of your work for the week. Every week.Let's talk about pay. The average caregiver only gets paid $12/hr (while some make much less). We don't think that's enough. We start our caregivers around $15+Have kids? Maybe a second job? Super busy? WE GET THAT TOO! We have top-of-the-line officer schedulers that work with you and YOUR schedule to get the best client-caregiver match. If you aren't happy, we will keep working until you are satisfied with your schedule. That's a guarantee.Have previous jobs been super unresponsive?
