Your opportunity


Design, develop, and maintain custom reports and dashboards to meet the specific needs of the organization, ensuring they provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making Analyze requests and make design decisions for changes to systems based on business needs within the HR area and in business areas across the corporation. Responsible for system configuration requirements, based on changes in business processes Utilize advanced reporting tools and analytics to interpret HR data, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement within the organization Train HR staff and management on how to access reports and interpret the data, ensuring they understand the information provided to make informed decisions Ensure the accuracy and consistency of HR reports by implementing stringent data validation and quality control measures Continuously evaluate and improve reporting processes and tools to enhance efficiency, user experience, and the value of information provided Prepare test scripts for upgrades and manage all applicable system testing. Involve specific business users when their expertise is required Responsible for all technical tasks involved with maintenance of the HR system(s) Work closely with HRIS Management to identify and prioritize tasks based on all systems needs and business strategy Serves as liaison with Information Technology staff in resolving programming and related problems Work with manager on special projects as needed Carry out other duties as assigned What to expect when you join our firm

Minimum two years experience in an HRIS or HR analyst role Minimum two years experience in Human Resources, with a general understanding of HR practices and policies Ability to manage multiple projects, assignments in a demanding environment. Strong organizational and analytical skills required Ability to communicate with employees, contractors, management, vendors, consultants, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear straight-forward, and professional manner Ability to work independently Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point Nice to have skills
Experience with SAP preferred Experience with SuccessFactors/ Employee Central preferred Potential for growth
Regular training Continuing education courses You will be expected to understand the regulatory obligations of the firm, and abide by the regulated entity requirements and JHI policies applicable for your role.

. Compensation information
The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be posted until April 12, 2024.

Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
