Relevant Experience: Ideally, you'll have 2+ years of experience in home care, showcasing your dedication to exceptional client service. Educational Foundation: A high school diploma is required , while a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred. Administrative Acumen: Demonstrate office and administrative support skills to manage the intricacies of your role. Effective Communication: Your excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial in guiding your team and interacting with clients and families.
