Statewide Remodeling is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Canvass Marketing Manager to lead a team of Field Marketers in the Albuquerque, NM area! You will lead and manage a team of staff underneath you who will pitch and promote the products in surrounding neighborhoods. Your duties will include hiring, training, pitching, and managing your marketing team! This is a new team that we are starting so it helps to have experience building a team! This position allows you to learn, grow and advance your position within the company! What We Offer: Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus & commission structure OTE can be upwards of $120-$130k/yr! Recruit, staff, train, coach and motivate your team. Attend weekly meetings with the management team. Provide reporting and ROI metrics to meet or exceed business objectives.
