Responsibilities
• Implementing a supplied day camp curriculum for campers ages 3-12• Leading a wide variety of camp activities and classes• Ensuring safety, enjoyment, and emotional well-being of campers• Following supplied curriculum and materials for daily activities• Collaborating with camp team and receiving feedback• Maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm throughout the summer• Communicating clearly and compassionately with students and families• Adapting to changing work needs and demands• Handling multiple tasks efficiently and accurately• Commitment to educational programming for kids and teenagers
Requirements
• High School Degree (Seniors Graduating in Spring 2024 may apply)• 1 year of experience working with children• Completion of or pursuing a bachelor's degree preferred• Access to reliable automobile and mobile phone device• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail• Flexibility in work schedule• Ability to work collaboratively in a team• Openness to feedback and desire to grow professionally• Excellent work ethic, energy, and enthusiasm throughout the summer
