Call Center Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and independent Call Center Specialist to join our team at J.B. Hunt Transport Services in Denver, Colorado. This is a part-time remote work position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests regarding transportation services- Conduct research and negotiate pricing to ensure customer satisfaction and meet company objectives- Utilize data and analytics to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives- Collaborate with team members to enhance processes and improve overall customer experience- Meet and exceed performance metrics and KPIs on a consistent basis- Stay up to date on industry trends and developments to provide knowledgeable support to customers

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred- 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong negotiation skills and ability to conduct detailed research- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
