As a Call Center Specialist at Apple, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to Apple customers over the phone. This is a full-time remote position based in Denver, Colorado, US, with a seniority level of Associate and a requirement of at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, technical support, and product information- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Stay up-to-date on Apple products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call quality and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements:- Reliable and confident personality traits- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in using call center software and tools- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
