Job Description:

Centene is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a full-time Associate Level position, the Call Center Specialist will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with resolving any issues or inquiries they may have.

Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues, provide information, or conduct surveys- Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's database- Analyze customer needs and provide solutions or escalate to the appropriate department as needed- Meet or exceed call center metrics and quality standards- Provide feedback on customer trends and issues to management- Assist with special projects or initiatives as assigned

Requirements:- 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role- Motivated and independent individual who can work well in a fast-paced environment- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems is preferred- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
