Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Call Center Specialist to join our team at Southern in Jacksonville, Florida. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information.

Responsibilities:1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.2. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, confirm appointments, and conduct surveys.3. Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges over the phone.5. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.6. Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.7. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention.8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.2. Hardworking and independent personality traits.3. Strong strategic planning and innovation skills.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.5. Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems.6. Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes.7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
