Job Description:
CarMax is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to fill the role of Call Center Representative in New York City, New York. This is a part-time, work from home position that offers entry-level seniority and requires zero years of experience. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing outstanding customer service over the phone.
Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner- Provide information about products and services- Resolve customer complaints and issues- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member- Stay current on product knowledge and be able to answer questions about CarMax offerings
Requirements:- Motivated and passionate individual with a desire to succeed- Excellent cooperation and time management skills- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- High school diploma or equivalent- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications- Must have a quiet home office environment to work from
