Your role in our mission 35+ WPM typing skills Ability to have hard-wired internet Previous call center/customer service experience Ability to pass background check. What we're looking for Prior office or clerical experience. Ability to follow written policies and procedures. Good written and verbal communication skills, including professional telephone skills. Self-motivated, independent worker with strong time management skills. Ability to access and retrieve information using a PC and basic understanding of Microsoft Office products. The pay range for this position is $30,783 - $38,435 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
