Call Center Representative / Chat Customer Service

We are seeking passionate and dynamic Customer Support Specialists to join our team, providing exceptional service through voice and chat communications. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Be the first point of contact for our customers, offering informative and friendly support through calls and chats. You'll handle inquiries about our products and services, including details on specifications, pricing, and availability.
Order Management: Assist customers with placing their orders, ensuring accuracy in the order details, and liaising with sales and logistics to guarantee prompt fulfillment.
Issue Resolution: Tackle customer concerns and queries with a problem-solving mindset, working closely with various internal teams to provide quick and effective solutions.
Qualifications:
Completion of High School Diploma or equivalent.
Strong typing and data entry skills.
A proactive approach to learning and embracing new challenges.
Comfort with technology, able to manage multiple applications and dual monitors efficiently.
