Call Center Quality Assurance Representative Location Sevierville, TN : Globex Leisure and Travel is seeking an enthusiastic, meticulous Call Center Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Sevierville, TN. As a Qualification Assurance Specialist, you will wield significant influence in ensuring seamless transactions and customer satisfaction. Your role will encompass meticulously reviewing qualifications, facilitating payments, and providing exceptional service to our valued customers.
As a key liaison between our clientele and the sales team, you will be at the forefront, engaging with customers to assess their needs, thoroughly vet GlobeX qualifications, and adeptly address any concerns they may have. Your dedication will be instrumental in finalizing sales transactions and contributing to the attainment of ambitious sales targets.
Collaboration will be integral as you work closely with the sales team to tailor packages and upgrades that precisely align with the unique requirements of our clients. Your proficiency in building rapport over the phone and projecting a confident demeanor will be fundamental to fostering lasting connections with our clientele.

Occasionally, lifting and/or moving objects up to twenty-five pounds may be required. Keen visual acuity with specific abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the capability to adjust focus, necessary for effectively carrying out tasks and responsibilities within this role.
