Responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls in a professional and friendly manner.2. Provide accurate information to customers regarding booking inquiries, cancellations, refunds, and general inquiries.3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.4. Update customer accounts and records accurately and timely.5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.6. Continuously improve knowledge of company products and services to better assist customers.7. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to call volume, customer satisfaction, and resolution time.8. Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.4. Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems.5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.6. Must have a quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work.7. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.8. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
