Responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls in a professional and friendly manner.2. Provide accurate information to customers regarding booking inquiries, cancellations, refunds, and general inquiries.3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.4. Update customer accounts and records accurately and timely.5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.6. Continuously improve knowledge of company products and services to better assist customers.7. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to call volume, customer satisfaction, and resolution time.8. Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.4. Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems.5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.6. Must have a quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work.7. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.8. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
