Job Description:

Community Health Systems is seeking a reliable and resilient Call Center Officer to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As a part-time employee at the Associate level, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from patients, scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner- Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently- Provide information to patients regarding services offered- Resolve patient complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner- Collaborate with other departments to ensure patient needs are met- Meet and exceed performance targets and goals set by management- Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex patient inquiries- Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times

Requirements:- 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate with patients- Proven problem-solving abilities to resolve patient issues- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic- Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications- High school diploma or equivalent required
