Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Call Center Officer to join our team at Citigroup in Columbus, Ohio. As an Associate Level position within our company, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services- Assist customers with account management and troubleshooting technical issues- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved- Document all customer interactions in a detailed and accurate manner- Collaborate with team members to meet department goals and objectives- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery

Requirements:- At least 2 years of experience working in a call center or customer service role- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Motivated and adaptable individual who is willing to learn and grow within the company- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications- Soft skills in planning and people management- High school diploma or equivalent required
