As a Call Center Manager at Cummins, you will play a crucial role in managing and leading our remote call center team based in San Diego, California. This part-time position is suitable for individuals with mid-to-senior level experience, with at least 8 years in call center management.

Responsibilities:1. Lead and manage a team of remote call center representatives to ensure high productivity and customer satisfaction.2. Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.3. Monitor call center performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.4. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.5. Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner.6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination within the organization.7. Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions and drive strategic initiatives that improve call center performance.

Requirements:1. 8+ years of experience in call center management.2. Passionate and motivated individual with a strong work ethic.3. Excellent presentation skills and ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.4. Knowledge of call center technology and best practices.5. Strong people management skills and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.6. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets.7. Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team effectively.
