Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team at Aramark. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from home in Phoenix, Arizona. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in a call center environment, you will play a crucial role in managing our customer service operations.

Responsibilities:1. Lead and manage a team of call center representatives to ensure excellent customer service and maximize efficiency.2. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center performance and meet KPIs.3. Monitor calls and provide feedback to team members to enhance their communication and problem-solving skills.4. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training as needed.5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions.6. Analyze data and generate reports to track call center metrics and trends.7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve call center operations.

Requirements:1. Proven experience as a Call Center Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage team members.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Energetic and hardworking personality traits.5. Innovative thinking and persuasion skills.6. Proficiency in call center software and CRM systems.7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
