Job Description:

Huntsman, a leading company in the Fort Worth, Texas area, is seeking a part-time Call Center Manager to join our team. As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center, ensuring that our customer service representatives provide top-notch service to our clients. This role requires a strong background in call center management and at least 8 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise a team of customer service representatives- Monitor call center metrics and performance indicators to ensure goals are met- Develop and implement training programs for staff- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues- Work closely with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience- Evaluate and report on call center performance to senior management- Implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in call center management- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and coach a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions- Independent and resourceful with a strong problem-solving ability- Experience with people management and conflict resolution- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
