Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team at W.W. Grainger in Columbus, Ohio. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 8 years of experience in call center management. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, motivated, possess excellent research skills, and have strong time management abilities.

Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of the call center, including managing a team of customer service representatives- Develop and implement strategies to improve call center performance and customer satisfaction- Monitor call center metrics and KPIs to ensure goals are met- Train and coach call center staff to provide exceptional customer service- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and provide solutions- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management

Requirements:- 8+ years of experience in call center management- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding call center goals and KPIs- Strong leadership and team-building skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment- Proficiency with call center software and CRM systems- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred)
