Call Center Customer Service Rep - 32-Hour FT Day Shift (Wknds Required) Location Oklahoma City, OK : Limo Command provides the limousine industry with best-in-class third party telephone customer service support. We are expanding our operations and looking for passionate client services representatives to join our amazing team! We are currently hiring for the following full-time schedules on the Day Shift: Day Shift: 7:45am to 4:00pm Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday OR
Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday We offer a smart-casual (comfortable) work environment with highly-engaged team members and managers. Snacks and beverages provided. Shift differential, insurance benefits, employee rewards, and ongoing training.
Our team members are energetic and self-driven client services representatives who thrive in a multitasking customer service position. This position involves answering calls from clients, chauffeurs and customers of our clients to assist with reservations, dispatch, location updates and more.

Responsibilities include:
Courteously and energetically answer phones and respond to client questions and concerns Schedule and enter reservations into client systems Professionally and promptly respond to emails and confidently communicate via online chat program Effective communication with chauffeurs to ensure flawless execution of client transportation needs Anticipate and manage unexpected changes and incidents Knowledge & Skills:
Proven ability to provide excellent customer service while managing multiple inbound phone lines and competing tasks; excellent command of the English language for both written and verbal communication Exceptional capacity to quickly learn various reservations software systems Outstanding problem-resolution skills Excellent attention to detail required while effectively and efficiently communicating with clients, chauffeurs, vendors, and co-workers Call center and previous reservations and/or dispatch experience preferred Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
