Call Center Associate - Work From Home

Job Description:

State Farm Insurance Co. is seeking a motivated and driven Call Center Associate to join our team in Austin, Texas. This is a part-time position that allows for remote work from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership and time management skills.

Responsibilities:- Handle inbound calls from customers regarding insurance policies, claims, and general inquiries- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their needs effectively and efficiently- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company database- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance goals- Stay informed on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers- Adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of professionalism

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred- 3+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new software systems quickly- Must be self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently- Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment- Leadership and time management skills are a must
