Call Center Assistant - Work From Home

Job Description:NGL Energy Partners is seeking a Call Center Assistant to join our team in New York City, New York. This is a part-time position that allows you to work remotely from the comfort of your own home. As a Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients over the phone.

Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries, issues, and concerns- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide updates on their requests- Enter accurate data into our customer relationship management (CRM) system- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call volume and customer satisfaction ratings- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:- 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role- Motivated and hardworking individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment- Strong adaptability and leadership skills to handle challenging situations effectively- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers- Proficient in using CRM systems and other call center software- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
