We have an immediate opening for a Calibration Coordinator on 1st shift at our Port Washington, WI location. The Calibration Coordinator completes calibrations, qualifications, and troubleshoots/repairs gauges that require calibration. They are expected to take a proactive role in supporting Production, Validation, Quality, and Technical Services. This includes: scheduling outside sources for service, drafting, and executing procedures for calibration, preventative maintenance and repair of gauges, and maintenance of the GAGEtrak Software Calibration Program. In addition, this position is responsible for providing input for revalidation assessment activities based upon calibration testing results (where necessary).

Essential Functions of the Calibration Coordinator Communicate technical knowledge with peers and colleagues in other departments. Work closely with Field Service Representatives to schedule and perform calibration activities. Ensure scheduling of outside sources in accordance with established calibration frequencies. Coordinate troubleshooting and repair of test equipment as required. Monitor calibration schedule to ensure necessary ITME equipment is properly calibrated in a timely manner. Investigation calibration results of internal assets found out of tolerance (OOT) of its designated accuracy. Create/update calibration procedures within the Quality Document Management System. Collect, report, and monitor calibration performance metrics and/or KPI's. Without direct supervision, complete calibrations, with accurate and timely GDP documentation following KTP policies and procedures in a safe manner. Generate and obtain approval of Purchase Orders for outside service work. Entry and management of calibration activities within GAGEtrak Software. Requirements Requires a high school diploma or GED. An Associate's degree and/or certifications are preferred. Must demonstrate ability to be accurate and identify procedural inaccuracies and then make recommendations for improvements and effectively implement changes. Must demonstrate ability to work independently, make effective decisions, and resolve technical issues. Must demonstrate effective verbal and written communication and be able to effectively interact with all levels of the organization. Must demonstrate the ability to work effectively in teams to achieve results. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Products such as Word and Excel or equivalent software applications is preferred.
