Position Jerry Seiner Cadillac seeks two experienced Sales Consultants to join the team! Jerry Seiner Cadillac is the largest Cadillac dealer in the state. We offer paid training and a salary for the first three months plus bonuses and commissions.
General Duties May Include: Realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and devote himself/herself to guaranteeing customer satisfaction. Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening. Demonstrate new and used vehicles (including test drives). Deliver new and used vehicles to customers. This process ensures that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork, and it lays the foundation for customer loyalty. Qualifications Two years of sales experience or equivalent. Strong Communication skills Experience " The Seiner Difference!"
