Job Summary:Frank Kent Cadillac is seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a Cadillac Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and building relationships with clients to assist them in finding their dream Cadillac vehicle. This is a full-time, commission-only position in the auto industry located in Fort Worth, Texas. This role is an individual contributor role, offering the potential to earn a competitive salary ranging from $36,000 to $250,000 per year, paid biweekly.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive commission-based salary ranging from $36,000 to $250,000 per yearPaid biweeklyComprehensive benefits package including health insurance, dental and vision plans, and 401KOpportunities for growth and advancement within the companySales training and support providedResponsibilities:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional mannerUnderstand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of Cadillac vehicles to customersConduct thorough and accurate vehicle demonstrationsMeet and exceed sales goals set by the dealership and manufacturerFollow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain relationships for future sales and referralsKeep up-to-date on the latest Cadillac models, features, and incentivesMaintain a knowledge of competitive products and pricing to effectively sell against competitorsWork collaboratively with the dealership team members to ensure a seamless sales experience for customersAdhere to all dealership policies, procedures, and ethical standardsMeet and maintain sales certification and training requirements set by the manufacturerRequirements:Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales preferredExcellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation and closing skillsSelf-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and meet sales goalsAbility to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environmentMust be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsValid driver's license and a clean driving recordEEOC Statement:Frank Kent Cadillac is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
