Your Key Responsibilities Addressing the daily priority topics like, but not limited to, past due invoices, stop-shipments, improvement of shipment datesMonitor supplier performance metrics and implement improvement plans to address any quality or delivery issuesSupport any workshops aimed at improving cost or supplier performanceConduct benchmark studiesSupport in the conduct of sourcing activities to identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, negotiate contracts, and manage the launch of new projectsSupport request for quotes as neededSupport in the resolution of supplier quality issuesSpecial projects upon assignment Your Qualifications BA-BS or relevant experience Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supplier quality assurance rolesKnowledge of supply chain or procurement principles Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and analyze data to support decision-makingStrong project management and problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.
