Steadfast Farms Poultry Processing & Slaughter LLC is looking for butchers to join their team.Ideal candidates are attentive, ambitious, and engaged.USDA inspected poultry slaughter facility.

Responsibilities
• Work with live animals, slaughter and process poultry.• Perform basic butcher knife skills.• Follow food safety and quality guidelines and policies.• Work with USDA inspector under federal inspection.• Cleaning of facility.• Work with others on a team.• Work alone.• Work with customers.
Requirements
• Must be 18+ years of age.• Ability to safely, properly, and respectfully operate equipment.• Ability to perform various cleaning duties as a team to company and USDA standards.• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.• Ability to stay organized, be detail-oriented, follow instructions, and multitask.• Ability to maintain a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.• Able to commute to work in Bethlehem, CT.
