Job Title: Busser Company: Gameday Your Way? Location: South Bend, IN Job Type: Temporary/Event-based Pay: $ 17 Gameday Your Way is a growing events hospitality business that specializes in delivering fun & engaging events for our clients. We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Bussers to assist with an upcoming alumni event, expected to host approximately 2000 attendees. As a busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:? Clear tables promptly and efficiently, removing used plates, glassware, utensils and soiled napkins, ensuring timely and elegant service. Ensure the trash can liners are regularly changed so there is not an overflow of refuse. Monitor and replenish supplies such as napkins as needed. Work closely with Event Manager and Buffet Servers to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Provide assistance to guests, including directing them to restrooms or other facilities. Adhere to all sanitation and safety procedures to uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Qualifications:? Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service. Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts as needed. Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods and lift moderate weights. Shift:? 4 to 5 hours per shift?
