Job Summary: The Business Systems Analyst will support the objectives of the Registrar's Office and campus partners, document processes and requirements, perform system configuration, coordinate, plan and execute testing efforts, and use a variety of project management tools to track and report status and progress.

Qualifications: -Experience working with ERP applications and understanding of how applications integrate with business processes.
-Experience providing administrative and advanced user support for various ERP applications.
-Advanced analytical skills and experience eliciting and documenting comprehensive requirements.
-Experience with testing and coordinating test planning activities.
-Ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse stakeholders.
-Ability to effectively solve problems in a timely manner, gather and analyze information skillfully, and develop alternative solutions, both individually and in a team setting.
-Ability to adjust communication styles for varying audiences, including technical developers, functional end users, and leadership.
-Self-motivated with the ability to work, plan, and meet due dates independently and as part of a team.
-Expertise and attention to quality customer service
Preferred:
-Experience with Oracle Student Management or similar ERP software.
-Experience working in a university or higher education environment.
-Exposure to user management and security role assignments.
-Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
-Prior experience collaborating with user groups, peer institutions to identify opportunities for efficiency and innovative solutions.
Work Type: Full Time: 100%
It is anticipated this position will be remote and requires work be performed at an offsite, non-campus work location.

Salary: Minimum $77,100 ANNUAL (12 months)

Additional Information: The mission of the Division of Enrollment Management (DEM) () is to achieve the University of Wisconsin-Madison's enrollment goals strategically and provide information and services in collaboration with campus partners to enhance student success. DEM includes the following offices: Admissions and Recruitment, Student Financial Aid, Registrar, the Student Success Through Applied Research (SSTAR) Lab, and the Vice Provost for Enrollment Management. Together, these units collectively provide the foundation of support and services for the academic infrastructure throughout the student lifecycle.
