TITLE: Business Systems Analyst II
Duties: Analyze and configure computer systems settings and options and execute acceptance testing. Create specifications for computer systems. Design details of automated computer systems. Analyze complex business problems and identify and evaluate systems and procedures that meet user requirements and resolve issues. Apply working knowledge of computer systems to address and resolve technical problems of moderate complexity and scope. Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing computer systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
SALARY: $121,597.00 - $128,300.00 per year

REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Technology Innovation Management, Information Technology or closely related field of study and one (1) year of experience as a Systems Analyst, Associate or related role where required experience gained.
ALTERNATE: In lieu of a Master's degree in stated fields, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Technology Innovation Management, Information Technology or closely related field of study and three (3) years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Associate or related role where required experience gained.
SPECIAL SKILLS: Also requires experience in the following:
Programming Languages: Java, Python, SQL, HTML; Business Process Modeling and Automation Design; RDMS Development and SQL: Sybase/MySQL; IT Project Management Methodology: Jira, Agile and Scrum; Data Warehousing, Data Mining, ETL and Analytics; Design and Programming Enterprise Application Software; and Software Development Life Cycle Management.
