Analysis Specialist - Life & Annuity (REMOTE)to join our team in Lincoln, Nebraska (US-NE), United States (US).Seeking a Business Analyst with significant experience configuring and administering Life Insurance/Annuity products on one or more Policy Administration Systems.Job Responsibilities Include:Provide cost effective business systems and applications analysis in support of the development and implementation of business applicationsEvaluate, analyze, and document requirementsTranslate requirements into proper system requirement specifications and configurationFormulate and define systems scope and objectives based on both end-user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirementsOperate as a liaison between technical personnel and the end-user departmentsIdentify subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts to identify, interpret, and produce recommendations based on client's system needsAssist in the recommendations to improve or support ongoing clientsProvide key expertise in data and business conversionAssist in creating test scenarios required to meet business requirementsExecute test and analyze the resultsProduce data maps, business requirement documentation, process flows and other mapping documentsAttend client meetings.
