Analysis Senior Specialist to join our team in Canton, Massachusetts (US-MA), United States (US).This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally required benefits.The Pay for this Role is 87KPosition's General Duties and TasksIn this role you willbe responsible for:Working with business users to define and analyze problems and align the most appropriate technical, application or configuration solutionsConducting business process analysis, assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit analysis in an effort to align technical solutionsInteracting with business users and IT to define current and future processes and business requirementsSolicit, develop, document, and manage requirements and provide detailed design and business rules to support the requirements throughout project life cycle up to and through change controlConsider the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environmentConducting data and gap analysisImproving processes and policies in support of the organization by developing standards across all team functionsPerforming in a liaison role between leadership and across the organizationResolving customer issues with software and/or business solutions and providing suggestions for improvements and enhancementsLeading large-scale projects and guiding others on cross-functional projects outside of their departmentBuilding relationships with clients to improve services and ensure service levels are being metProviding oversight and direction to less experienced Business Systems AnalystsOrganizing, managing, and driving business requirements and documentation creation such as process flow diagrams, C-level presentations, business requirement documents, project estimations, and assessmentsCreating, reviewing, and delivering end-user documentation such as user guides, process flow diagrams, and training materialsReviewing, assisting and/or creating test plansRequirements for this role include:Advanced analytical / problem solving skillsAdvanced ability to identify and evaluate existing and potential IT and business challengesExceptional influencing and communication skillsExceptional ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resourcesAdvanced client service skills and leadership capabilitiesExceptional organizational and time management skillsAbility to communicate (oral/written) effectively to exchange information with our clientAdvanced knowledge of system development methodology, project management and system architectureCompetent to work at the highest technical level of most phases of systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environmentHealthcare Payor knowledgeClaims processing knowledgeProficient with Microsoft Excel including use of pivot tablesRequired schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5pm EST. The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements.
