The Business Services Administrative Coordinator performs a variety of administrative tasks relating to tax and assurance processes and is responsible for providing support across the firm. Additionally, Administrative Coordinators may provide support to the broader client service population, as well as members of the field operations and administrative teams. The Business Services administrative team works as a collective group to consistently and efficiently complete a series of core business tasks in support of business operations.

Responsibilities: Assist with a variety of administrative tasks relating to tax and assurance processes and support queues, such as client document maintenance, e-filing and confirmations Serve as point of contact for internal clients regarding general administrative processes, including quality control items, new client set up and record management Perform client engagement management activities as needed, such as binder maintenance, new client acceptance, confirmations, electronic filing, invoice look- up and other core business support functions Seek opportunities to collaborate on administrative functions within the team Draft, edit, and proofread business correspondence Assist with the coordination of internal and external clients including screening phone calls, facilitating client communications to the appropriate client service staff, and following up with clients when appropriate Assist with tax return processing and delivery during deadlines Assist with the production of client deliverables Other duties and special projects as assigned Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED required Minimum of 1 year of related experience required; experience in a professional services environment preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to articulate complex issues Strong attention to detail, commitment to producing accurate work in a timely manner Effective time management and organizational skills, proven ability to prioritize while simultaneously managing numerous project/processes often under tight deadlines Ability to collaborate and work effectively across functions/departments while building trusted relationships and positively influencing others Ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information with discretion May require some overtime hours Ability to travel as needed, approximately 5% Moss Adams is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
