Role Overview: As our Part Time Business Manager, you will manage our operations and ensure alignment with our strategic goals. Your role will involve systems development, project management, coordinating meetings, facilitating communication within the team, problem-solving, and providing support and feedback across the organization. This is primarily a remote position, with periodic in-person meetings.
Duties Key Responsibilities:
The Business Manager will play a central role in driving our business forward, with responsibilities allocated as follows:
? Operational Oversight: This is the primary role. Report directly to the CEO to ensure daily operations align with our strategic objectives.
? Key Processes: Developing, documenting, improving
? Workflows: Analyzing, streamlining, and automating whenever possible
? Business Metrics: Collaborate with the CEO for periodic reviews.
? Project Management: E xecuting project management software to ensure deadlines are met.
? Meeting Coordination and Management: Facilitate weekly staff meetings, individual meetings, and monthly planning sessions.
? Team Communication: Keep the team aligned through regular communication channels.
