Job Description Team & Role We are looking for a Business Operations team member to join our PLATO Strategic Operations team. PLATO stands for Platform Engineering & AI Technology Organization and is responsible for creating an AI-powered platform that integrates advanced capabilities into the core fabric of our solutions. Our team works with closely with the PLATO Engineering Leaders and across the broader ecosystem of Finance, HR, Product, Quality and Release and partners with the central Strategic Operations group for broader initiatives. This specific role will be dedicated to supporting the execution of PLATO initiatives.
Our team works in business analysis & operations, technical project management, and strategy. You will work closely with other team members and the Leadership team of a business unit to directly contribute to our overall success. What you get to do in this role: Be a key team member embedded in a team dedicated to managing business operations and strategy for an engineering and AI team. Exposure to senior leaders. The job is a mix of activities including the following: Support cross-team initiatives and drive efficiencies and team collaboration. Coordinate with engineering teams to escalate and prioritize customer-reported issues, feature requests, and enhancement suggestions, advocating for customer needs and priorities. Develop and maintain a collection of presentations for executive briefings, Knowledge and other customer engagements. Develop and implement a customer success program that is optimal for the engineering team to sustain. Identify opportunities to Implement automation tools and processes to streamline repetitive tasks, improve operational efficiency, and reduce manual intervention. Support people and talent initiatives to include but not limited to: All-Hands, Employee Surveys, Employee awards, Monthly newsletters, team offsites, and employee engagement. Program manage cross-functional initiatives and programs including coordinating day-to-day activities, identify risks, and host regular update meetings. Support initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence for PLATO's portfolio, in partnership with stakeholders. Track and report metrics, milestones, and programs to ensure successful execution. Support operating cadences (e.g., Org-Wide Strategy, Portfolio Reviews, Quarterly OKR Reviews, etc.). Drive action items to closure through administrative leadership (e.g., business reviews) and support PLATO events. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, QE, Finance, HR etc.) to identify opportunities, unlock productivity and accelerate execution. Improve operational excellence through execution of strategic initiatives that create efficiencies and process optimization. Support consensus-building across teams and ensure surgical execution and handoffs to relevant stakeholders. Qualifications Preferred Qualifications : To be successful in this role you have: High energy, disciplined execution skills, and willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver results.  Ability to see the big picture while also being execution-oriented to improve operational excellence. Effective communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing. Experience in building trusting relationships and influencing others. Team player and self-starter who thrives and can multitask in fast-paced and often ambiguous environments. Expertise and/or interest in the enterprise software/ SaaS industry.  Basic Qualifications : Education: Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or other Graduate degree preferred. Bachelor Degree with 8+ years of work experience or 6 years with MBA, preferably in Business Operations, Product Management, Finance, Management Consulting, or Corporate Strategy roles. JV20

For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $158,500 - $277,500, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications , skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
