For this role you will work closely with the Vice President to streamline operations optimize efficiency and manage the human resource's function. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of business processes exceptional organizational skills and talent management.
Responsibilities: Operational Excellence:
• Collaborate with the business owner to develop and implement strategies for operational improvement.
• Analyze and optimize existing business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive informed decisionmaking.
Human Resources Management:
• Oversee the entire employee life cycle from recruitment to offboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Manage employee relations performance evaluations and professional development initiatives.
Talent Acquisition:
• Lead the recruitment and onboarding process ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent.
• Work with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop strategies for talent acquisition.
Strategic Planning :
• Work closely with the business owner to develop and execute business strategies aligned with company goals.
• Contribute to the development of short and longterm business plans.
Communication and Liaison:
• Serve as a liaison between the business owner and various departments fostering clear communication and alignment of goals.
• Represent the business owner in meetings and discussions conveying their vision and priorities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior management role with a focus on business operations and human resources.
• Strong understanding of human resources laws and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strategic thinking and problemsolving skills.
