Business Office Director

Bridgeway is hiring a Business Office Director at our Galesburg, IL location. This position manages the operation of the Central Business Office including the front desk functions, intakes/access to services, and the operation of the billing office. This position will ensure that accurate financial and demographic information is obtained for each Bridgeway consumer. They will provide collaborative leadership and program coordination with the CBO, billing staff and all clinical direct managers. They will serve as a leader and role model for Bridgeway's Support Services.

Coordinate Bridgeway billing information for all Bridgeway programs. Supervise and schedule the monthly procedures of the accounts receivable system and schedule the work of the billing department. Review current billing procedures for improvements in efficiency of operation and evaluate and implement billing systems for new programs. Research client account data, review account flags, and assess the accuracy of client accounts. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree (B.S.) preferred from a four-year college or university; with four - five years of business management experience; must have experience supervising at least 15 employees. Experience with medical billing and coding. Without a business degree, 10years of business management experience will be preferred.
