What does a Business Management Trainee Intern do? Train alongside senior business representatives cross-functionally in Marketing, Sales, Management, and Consulting Act as a direct liaison between our clients and their consumers and open lines of communication Develop product knowledge on our client's marketing campaigns, products, services, and sale promotions Collaborate with fellow business professionals, representatives, trainees and interns on effective marketing approaches and sale techniques Attend all conference meetings and training sessions to further enhance leadership skills utilized in business management and consulting Build rapport with potential clients through positive engagement and representation Answer any questions our consumers may have regarding our client's products and services professionally Take greater responsibility as time progresses throughout the internship What does it take to be a Business Management Trainee Intern? At least 1-2 years of experience working in Marketing, Sales, Management, Consulting, or other business related field preferred Bachelor's Degree (or in progress) in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or other related fields preferred Adaptable working in fast-paced environments Flexible working both independently and collaboratively in a team setting Positive, ambitious, and competitive demeanor Student-mentality and looking to grow leadership qualities Solution-oriented and takes initiative to problem solve challenges Team-spirited and is a natural communicator in social settings Through our fast-track Business Management Trainee program, we provide our entrepreneurial-spirit Business Management Trainee Interns with individualized training from our senior level business executives, the opportunity to explore their passion in multiple business fields, and the pursuit in establishing an ever growing career foundation for themselves! ***This is a paid internship.***
