About the Role
iCapital is looking to hire a Business Management Support Analyst or Associateto join the Technology Program Management team. This role will partner with multiple teams across the company to manage a variety of projects, programs, and processes. The ideal candidate should be excited about building an inclusive global community, enjoys engaging employees of all levels through cross-functional initiatives, and has strong experience implementing technology focused programs with successful adoption.
Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and coordinate interactive and constructive employee engagement programs for the Technology organization; Analyst/Associate Technology rotation program, Innovation Challenge, Social Events, Lunch and Learns.
Act as the central point of coordination between Technology Leads, Business Managers, Human Resources, and Marketing.
Track and maintain participation records for various programs like team assignments, manager information, performance, etc.
Partner with teams across the company to manage implemented programs; draft communications, announcements, management assignments, etc., for these programs.
Identify and improve operational processes in partnership with Technology Leads (learning programs, communications, headcount, and recruitment reporting).
Manage content and announcements on the internal technology site.
Assist with ad-hoc administrative responsibilities.
Qualifications
3-5 years of work experience with a technology company
Interest in working and learning in a collaborative, creative, and fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills - able to effectively communicate at all levels with attention to detail
Experience handling multiple projects with different deadlines, and adept at multitasking and prioritizing
Passionate person and culture advocate with a positive presence, ready to provide discreet advice on challenging issues
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
Knowledge of Monday.com is a plus
Conversant with document creation applications (Adobe)

The base salary range for this role is $75000 to $110000 depending on level.? iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
