Workforce Staffing is responsible for hiring hourly associates into our global fulfillment operation. Each year we hire hundreds of thousands of associates across the globe.
Workforce a subsidiary of Workforce Staffing, is responsible for the acquisition, engineering, research and programmatic insights to help WFS and Client scale that staffing to meet customer demand at an improved cost.
Workforce Staffing relies on marketing to raise awareness of Client hourly jobs, pay and benefits across thousands of locations but has significant opportunity to optimize those activities.
This is where you come in. The Senior Business Intelligence Engineer role will be responsible for creating the proper modeling necessary to facilitate reporting and analytics, acquiring new sources, and building out comprehensive visualizations for key stakeholders
This role is truly a jack of all trades; it will be part process improvement, part analytics, part modeling, and part strategic design.

Requisition Qualification Filling an FTE role to provide support for WFS Business Planning and Programs team.
Team is single threaded during peak and needs secondary support for tech projects and support.
Risk to program and data analytics development.
Handle Insights and Analytics to support application transaction system migration.
Data model, reporting, analytics, meeting with customers.
Data Science tendency.
Looking for someone with Quick Sight experience.
Strong communicator who is comfortable with different levels of leadership and colleagues.
Key responsibilities Contractors will be assigned to an onboarding buddy/TPM who will build strategy for each employee.
Contractor will participate in daily standups.
Team builds a road map on a two-week cycle on action items.
There is 10-months of backlog work that needs to be completed.
Understand business reporting requirements from product managers, internal customers to define and validate logic
Build dashboards in Quick sight and Excel by aggregating data from different sources
Build and maintain ETL pipelines for current and future reporting needs
Address ad-hoc data needs (like automating data uploads using AWS services)
Manage access requests to external data, Orchestrate data pipelines, Onboard data
Build SQL queries based on reporting needs
Maintain and enhance existing data products (SQL, Python & AWS services) , Build new data products in collaboration with product managers
Manage AWS Account Administration
Support Data Security & Compliance (Anvil & other related data security certifications)
Build out comprehensive metrics to measure operational health, then demonstrate continuous improvement within these metrics
Be the voice of your customers;
communicate the needs of candidates, associates and staffing coordinators to your stakeholders via the
Turn over rocks to uncover and drive unanticipated outcomes
Acquire various sources to enable holistic analysis at a global level
Build various visualizations to tell the story and let the speak for itself
Mentor junior engineers to drive them to think big and deliver results

The Workforce Staffing organization is on the front line of that mission by hiring the hourly fulfillment associates who make that mission a reality.
To drive the necessary growth and continued scale of Client associate needs within a constrained employment environment, Client is creating a Workforce Staffing Analytics program.
This program will re-invent how Client attracts, communicates with, and ultimately hires its hourly associates.
This team will own multi-layered research and program implementation to drive deep learnings, process improvements, and strategic recommendations to global leadership.
High Visibility - direct impact to the growth of Client.
Bird's eye view to new business at Client. Team must be able to provide support to shipping and hiring at a massive scale.
Candidate Requirements At least 5-7 years of experience. Bachelor's is required and Masters is preferred in Tech.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in quantitative field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Machine Learning, AI, Statistics or equivalent)
5+ years of experience in Science, Research Science or similar field
Demonstrated leadership in warehousing concepts, including modeling
Strong knowledge of Linux, R • Demonstrated experience optimizing and scaling strategic initiatives through and hands off the wheel model
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems or MBA
Experience with Tableau, MicroStrategy, Power BI, and/or other visualization tools
Familiarity with Client cloud infrastructure including EC2, S3 and Redshift
Experience in leading technical discussions and assisting teams in designing solutions
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work cross functionally
Strong negotiation skills and develops strong relationships across teams
Highly organized who also wants to have fun building new products and services across geographies
