Required Skills: Business Engineer Manager Responsibilities: Responsible for developing and executing the team's Meta technology and software solutions engineering strategies. Oversee a team of business engineers and solution architects to provide consultative guidance and support escalations. Drive software solutions engineering efforts, communicate cross-functionally, make recruitment and hiring decisions, and be a subject matter expert. Troubleshoot partner technical issues in real-time by performing code reviews, analyzing technical requirements, and determining appropriate software and technical solutions. Drive partner bug resolution, requirements and feature requests with product and engineering teams. Build new software products and improve existing ones in collaboration with Meta Product Engineering Teams. Conduct design and code reviews, and analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resources. Develop software applications and write technical documents. Influence the road map and product development of Meta Ads to meet client's business challenges and align with Meta's business objectives.
