This opening is for day shift Friday, Saturday, Sunday - estimating 24 hours/week Our BDR's work in the field at our partner retail locations (membership warehouses), greeting and engaging with customers face-to-face while generating interest in scheduling service appointments for residential furnace and air-conditioning maintenance & replacement. We're looking for motivated , sales driven & career-minded people to join our field team! Energetic, outgoing, tenacious people who enjoy working with the public and have a little competitive spirit tend to be very successful in this position!

Autonomous work in the field at one of our partner retail locations (Ability to work independently required) Greet customers in the store, encouraging them to stop and learn about the company's products and services Engage customers in conversation and connect them with our in-house call center to schedule an appointment Build relationships with customers who may be interested in reaching back out at a later date for themselves, friends, or family members Attend weekly or monthly meetings and trainings Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically Do I Have What it Takes?
