Business Development Representative - Inside Sales
Location: 99% Remote
Reports to: Business Development Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Compensation: Competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions, earning potential $45,000 - $100,000+ annually with top performers exceeding $150,000.

What You'll Do:
As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in promoting the value of BBB Accreditation to businesses across diverse industries. Through proactive outreach, you'll identify and engage potential clients, leveraging our extensive database and community initiatives to drive growth. With a focus on inside sales, you'll be responsible for making 80-100 cold calls daily, showcasing the benefits of BBB Accreditation and fostering lasting relationships with clients.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of two years of sales experience, with a track record of success and awards.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to effectively engage and influence prospects.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with a passion for achieving results.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to effectively manage and prioritize tasks.
Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office 365, and data entry.
Commitment to upholding ethical standards and integrity in all interactions.
