The BDR will play a crucial role in expanding WHOOP's presence within the Defense, Federal Civilian, State, and Local government market. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about technology, health, and serving a mission-driven customer segment.RESPONSIBILITIES:Drive revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals within the government market segment.Collaborate with the marketing, product, and finance teams to develop and execute targeted strategies to penetrate government accounts effectively.Conduct thorough market research to understand the needs and pain points of government customers and tailor solutions accordingly.Serve as a trusted advisor to government clients, providing insights on how WHOOP can enhance their performance and well-being initiatives.Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements relevant to the government market.QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the government sector.Strong understanding of government procurement processes and contracting vehicles.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactical plans to achieve sales targets.Passion for health, fitness, and technology is a plus.Interested in the role, but don't meet every qualification?
