Sr Business Development Manager
Candidate should have 3-5 years selling one of the following: facilities management, waste management, janitorial services in the S. Florida area. Candidate should have a book of business in Commercial Property, Healthcare, Education, Industrial, Food and Retail. Candidate needs to have SOLD the BIG DEALS. Candidate should have extensive experience in negotiating contracts and bringing in revenue.

Experience
3-5 years of experience in Sales in any of the following areas: facilities management, waste management, janitorial services in the S. Florida area
Sold to Facilities Managers at Commercial Property, Healthcare, Education, Industrial, and Food and Retail.
Book of Business: He has an extensive list of contacts in the territory to hit the ground running.
Hunter sales- Business development
Extensive experience in Contract Negotiations
Selling the BIG DEALS
Brought in commercial revenue in the S. Florida area
Sold to C-Suit buyers to formulate and execute new contracts.
Thrives as a hunter
Self Starter that can run a territory
