Responsibilities
• Drive efforts to achieve sales targets and grow customer base• Actively prospect in area of specialization for new sales opportunities• Develop proposals, deliver customer presentations, and close business• Establish professional working relationships with customers by understanding their unique business needs• Record all customer/prospect communications and maintain CRM system• Provide accurate forecasts and pipeline updates• Maintain expenses within provided guidelines• Other duties as required by management
Requirements
• Must be located in Texas or California• Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred• Minimum of 5 years selling outside software technology to the Hospitality market• Preferred 3-5 years sales experience in the Hospitality industry• Familiar with value-based and consultative selling strategies• Proven record of bringing in new business revenue• Strong passion for selling technology to enhance a customer's business• Demonstrated problem-solving and prioritization skills• Excellent communication skills• Collaborative team player with confidence and integrity• Persuasive, persistent, and patient• Exceptional networking and relationship-building abilities• Ability to understand and articulate value propositions• Ability to analyze the impact of decisions before executing• Extensive domestic travel required, with some international travel• Computer proficient in email, internet, & Microsoft applications
